Campaign Theme and Case Statement
The City of Arlington wanted to build a new community center, but needed support to tear town the old school, which was becoming a health hazard and eye sore. I developed the "Raze the School. Raise the Community." theme to communicate that idea simply.
The theme was carried throughout the entire campaign, including the case statement, which I wrote. I took transcripts from interviews with community members, along with research from our fundraising team, and developed the case statement. It tells a story of an old school building that needs to be removed for the betterment of the community, and the opportunity to replace it with a community-growing facility.
